1. Real-time dispatch console
Live map, online drivers, active/unassigned/delayed jobs, ETA and timeline visibility with force assign/reassign/escalation controls.
Organized control center for operations, pricing, growth, and compliance.
Quick snapshot of platform status.
Orders, users, and driver operations in one place.
For when a driver picked up the wrong job, went offline, or contacted support to back out. Works up to Arrived pickup - once a driver has actually collected the order, swapping drivers here is no longer offered. A reason is always required and is kept on the order's audit trail.
Reassign To This Driver swaps in the driver ID above directly. Unassign Driver drops the order back to "requested" so the normal matching sweep offers it to nearby drivers automatically - use that one when you don't already have a specific replacement in mind. Both use the Reason / notes field above.
Unhandled server exceptions, logged directly by the API (no third-party service).
Failed sends across every transactional email (driver approvals, password resets, order notices, support chat replies, welcome/verification emails). A dead or misconfigured provider key shows up here even though the app still returns a normal error response to whoever triggered it.
Search a driver once, then review profile, vehicle, tax, and documents in one place.
Results update as you type. Opening a driver also loads their profile and documents.
Auto-answer common questions and escalate risky or unclear conversations to agents.
Live driver ↔ customer conversations tied to a specific order. Reply here to step in as support — the driver and customer see it as a support message.
One place for day-to-day work: approvals, documents, disputes, and urgent orders.
Runtime controls for customer + driver apps. No app rebuild required.
Runtime settings for the customer and driver apps. Changes take effect without an app rebuild.
Wording shown in the apps. Leave a field blank to keep the built-in copy.
Amounts are in cents unless the label says dollars (1000 = $10.00). A blank field falls back to the built-in default.
Optional ranking weight per service. Example: {"delivery":0.2,"marketplace":0.3,"moving":0.4}
Storage, vehicle catalog and raw JSON. Developer-facing settings that are rarely changed — the reference data and raw output are here so they never have to compete with everyday operations.
Makes, models and colours drivers can pick when registering a vehicle. Saving replaces the app's built-in list, so no new app release is needed.
Add or remove a single key from a runtime JSON config without touching app code.
Apply fields to JSON writes every runtime field in this card — not only the tab you are on — into the JSON configs below, so you can inspect the result before saving.
When enabled, staff (ops/finance/support/read-only) must verify a caller's date of birth + postal code before viewing their full driver/customer profile. Super admins are never gated. Super admin only.
Pick a province, then optionally a city, to narrow the rules. The table only shows what the scope matches — and the editor only opens when you create or edit a rule.
Create adds a rule for the city, service and vehicle below. Edit on a table row loads that rule into this editor instead.
Rules are identified by the table row you edit, so the id is only shown here for support. Stairs fee and helper fee exist in the form but are not part of the pricing payload the API accepts.
Select the scope progressively, preview the affected rules, then apply explicitly.
Select provinces, then cities, vehicle types, and services. A bulk change cannot be applied until every scope level is explicit.
Province rates and tax controls.
Set GST/PST/HST/QST rates by province. These rates are used for live tax breakdowns and reports.
Enable/disable GST, PST, HST, QST and set rates per province. Changes take effect immediately for new orders.
Which taxes apply per service type. PST fields are kept for future use; for a service-only launch leave PST disabled.
Used on invoices, GST packages, T4A payer details and app support details. Operating name is the default public brand; legal name is for corporation and tax use.
Activate/deactivate provinces and cities, and preload future launch markets.
Province → service zone → city. Markets open here first; the province cards below are closed until you pick one.
New cities are created paused/inactive. Beta Free means no platform commission while GST/HST/PST/QST still applies by province settings.
Apply launch and tax controls to Canada-wide or province/city targets in one step. Nothing is applied until you confirm.
Read-only readiness view: province, zone, status, centre coordinates and local radius for every live-ready city. Nothing here edits a market.
| Province | Service Area Key | City | Legacy Status | Launch Status | Pickup | Dropoff | Driver Signup | Waitlist | Approved Drivers | Recently Active | Min Approved | Min Active | Ready | Center Latitude | Center Longitude | Local Radius |

Manage customer/driver terms, privacy and policy content.
Simple editor for policy title, URL, effective date, and body. Publish updates and optionally force re-acceptance.
Publishing a new version here supersedes the previous one for that document. Every driver/customer it applies to is shown a full-screen prompt the next time they open the app and cannot continue until they accept - the acceptance time, IP address, and device are logged automatically for legal records. This is separate from the Legal Policy Manager above, which only edits page text and does not require re-acceptance on its own.
For technical edits only. Most teams should use Legal Policy Manager above.
Generate tax, payout and T4A outputs.
Shows exactly how much GST/HST/PST/QST was collected in the selected period so you can prepare government remittance.
Compares current range with yesterday/previous range, same day last week, same period last month, and last year.
Grid-based hotspot report: busiest zones with yesterday/week/month/year comparisons.
Canada T4A is calendar-year based: Jan 1 to Dec 31. Use previous year when generating slips for current filing season.
